We happened across Roma-Scar and Joe came and quoted. Immediately it was obvious they knew what they were talking about. The quote for 6 rooms came through within 5 hours and within a few days we had agreed. The job was done in exactly the time scale we agreed; 4 days clear out and 5 days laying and finishing. This was whilst the team were working around other trades and the family. Joe, Tim and Alfie are polite, thoughtful and know exactly what they are doing. There was no misunderstanding at any point during the project and to do a pretty complicated job on time and on budget is rare these days. There will be cheaper firms and firms that promise more but genuinely I doubt there are many that can deliver the way the team did. We found them to be reliable, courteous, professional and friendly. The quality of their work was outstanding. They might be slightly more expensive than high street brands but we believe it was money well spent for the excellence of finish and fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their estimate of time to complete the job was spot on. In total we had six guys working on the job and all of them were great. They were also clean and tidy and cleared up after every room was completed. We wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Thank you guys for restoring our broken house to a beautiful home.
