The quote for 6 rooms came through within 5 hours and within a few days we had agreed. The job was done in exactly the time scale we agreed; 4 days clear out and 5 days laying and finishing. This was whilst the team were working around other trades and the family. Joe, Tim and Alfie are polite, thoughtful and know exactly what they are doing. There was no misunderstanding at any point during the project and to do a pretty complicated job on time and on budget is rare these days. There will be cheaper firms and firms that promise more but genuinely I doubt there are many that can deliver the way the team did. We found them to be reliable, courteous, professional and friendly. The quality of their work was outstanding. They might be slightly more expensive than high street brands but we believe it was money well spent for the excellence of finish and fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their estimate of time to complete the job was spot on. In total we had six guys working on the job and all of them were great. They were also clean and tidy and cleared up after every room was completed. We wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Thank you guys for restoring our broken house to a beautiful home. After finalising your selections, we book you in to conduct a home assessment so you can see the samples in your home to help make a final decision and also take precise measurements of your area to determine the scope of the project. We then provide a detailed, transparent quote, including costs for materials and installation.
Scheduling & Preparation
Once you approve our proposal, we take a deposit to start getting materials ready and schedule the installation at a convenient date. Our team prepares the site by ensuring furniture is protected and addressing any necessary pre-installation steps.
Professional Installation
Our skilled installers carefully lay down your chosen flooring with attention to detail and craftsmanship. We adhere to the highest standards to ensure durability, flawless finish, and long-lasting beauty.
Final Inspection & Clean-Up
